We are inviting BC/BE Family Medicine physicians to join a team of dedicated professionals with a commitment to quality care. This is a rapidly growing Denver, Colorado-based physician-owned practice with a solid reputation.

• Physicians round on patients in Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Long Term Care Facilities
• Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
• Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities 7 days a week, making on-call time painless (no overnight call)
• Providers utilize smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
• Onboarding includes training in all relevant systems including Gehrimed and Point Click Care

• Guaranteed base salary
• Bonus incentives
• A full complement of benefits including health, life & dental, HSA, flexible spending account, paid time off
• Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
• Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
