Commercial Real Estate Staff Attorney
Venable LLP's Commercial Real Estate Group seeks an experienced attorney with deep experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work to join the practice as a staff attorney. This opportunity is open in all markets where Venable has an office.

Responsibilities- Provide all aspects of commercial real estate work, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of real estate.
- Conduct title and survey due diligence.
- Deliver top-notch legal service with strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in all aspects of commercial real estate work and related diligence.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and client-service orientation.
- Must include law school transcripts with submissions and a brief cover letter noting preferred office location.
- Must be able to work across markets where Venable has offices.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $180,000 - $230,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
