An AEC firm is looking to hire a VP of Engineering to their executive team. They are a professional services company that manages design and construction projects for the energy, environmental, and industrial industries.

The company has offices across the US and provides nationwide services to a variety of clients- many of whom are Fortune 500 companies. You will provide strategic and organizational leadership for the engineering department, while collaborating closely with other executive leadership.

Location: Onsite in Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Charlotte NC, Phoenix AZ, or Houston TX. Candidate must also be able to travel 20-35% of the time.

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural License
• 15+ years of engineering/architecture experience
• 6+ years of leadership/management experience, specifically with an engineering landscape
• Experience with design-build projects

Compensation: $190,000 per year
