Our products are designed for business users and we obsess over ease of use, so you must have full-stack experience and be comfortable traversing across Back End and front-end. We're prioritizing the following experience:

• 3+ years non-internship experience with architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling)
• Programming with at least one of Java (Coral framework preferred), Python, or TypeScript
• Handling non-deterministic AI/ML systems, including error handling, fallback strategies, and managing unpredictable outputs from LLMs
• Knowledge of personalization systems, recommendation engines, or dynamic content generation
• AWS service launch/production operational experience desired

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Location: Seattle, WA, USA.

The base salary range for this position is $143,700.00 - $194,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
