• Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000+

• Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture

• Maintain client records and interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gong
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the payments industry and ability to engage in cold-calling and face-to-face interactions

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven track record in recruiting and training sales teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and performance leadership abilities
• A high sense of urgency and innate sales talent
