Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Architect to join their team. As a Data Architect, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Architect

Location: Washington DC (onsite required 5 days a week)

What's the Job?

• Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures to support enterprise initiatives.
• Lead and execute ServiceNow implementations and integrations, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-centric security measures align with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate architecture discussions, review solutions, and provide guidance on data governance, lineage, quality, and standards.
• Support Agile delivery processes and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

What's Needed?

• ServiceNow implementation experience, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, data reporting, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with data architecture design in large, complex environments.
• Cloud platform expertise: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Cybersecurity knowledge: data protection, monitoring, logging, compliance, zero-trust architecture.
• Strong data modeling, relational and dimensional design, and metadata management skills.
