• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience in digital health solutions or a similar field
• Strong ability to think strategically with an innovative mindset
• Experience with clinical workflows and healthcare systems preferred
• Familiarity with Epic and third-party integrations is advantageous
• Knowledge of Contact Center operations, including Epic Cheers CRM and Digital Front Door, is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote working environment, attending onsite approximately one week per month

• Guide the development and management of a digital health solutions portfolio
• Translate business strategies into effective solutions architecture
• Understand current and emerging technology trends to align with business models
• Create comprehensive architectural designs to support project development
• Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of digital architectural solutions
• Analyze the business-IT landscape to identify areas for improvement
• Design governance activities to oversee solutions architecture
• Establish principles, guidelines, and standards for solution development
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
• Support product management decisions regarding product lifecycle management
• Monitor solution portfolios for technological aging and business alignment
