• Support a broad range of business and real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and financing of businesses and commercial real estate.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents with strong attention to detail.
• Handle entity formation and governance matters.
• Conduct commercial leasing and real estate title matters (preferred).
• Perform due diligence and manage closings.

• Corporate associate with 8+ years of experience in transactional practice.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
