In this highly collaborative leadership role, you will partner closely with Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to co-create modern, reliable, and data-driven solutions that strengthen service levels, increase resiliency, and unlock scalable growth. You will guide an engaged IT team, steward critical supply chain platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, Arkieva, and more), and champion continuous improvement across a rapidly evolving environment. • Enterprise Architect & Strategic Integrator: You translated Torani's growth strategy into a clear and actionable digital supply chain roadmap that positioned the business for long-term scalability and resilience. Partnering with leaders across the Supply Chain, you architected integrated, future-ready solutions that improved flow, eliminated silos, and strengthened operational continuity. Through structure, clarity, and strategic guidance, you helped the organization navigate complexity and align on the next evolution of Torani's end-to-end supply chain capabilities.
• Platform Visionary & Technical Steward: As the owner of Torani's supply chain technology ecosystem, you set the vision for how system platforms should evolve to meet the needs of a rapidly growing consumer goods enterprise. You strengthened system design, integrations, data structures, and process governance-elevating stability, scalability, and user experience across plants, distribution centers, and field operations. Your leadership helped move Torani toward a unified, modern, and future-proof architecture.
• Innovation Catalyst & Operational Excellence Leader: You championed new technologies, automations, and workflow enhancements that improved visibility and decision speed throughout the supply chain. introduced clear metrics, SLAs, dashboards that sharpened operational discipline and improved system performance. Through continuous improvement methodologies and thoughtful process modernization, you helped teams reduce friction, increase productivity, and elevate service-level performance.
• Supply Chain Analytics Accelerator: You strengthened master data governance, improved the quality of foundational supply chain data, and ensured accuracy across items, suppliers, customers, inventory, and finance. You partnered with the Enterprise Data team to advance predictive analytics and KPI dashboards that enabled better forecasting quicker root-cause analysis, and more confident business decisions. Your leadership empowered Torani to treat data as a strategic, high-value asset.
• Enterprise Partner & Change Leader: You built deep, trust-based relationships with senior leaders and operational teams, becoming a strategic advisor across both technology and business transformation. You facilitated alignment, clarified priorities, and ensured stakeholders were engaged and informed throughout system and process changes. Your ability to listen, influence, and guide large-scale initiatives strengthened cross-functional execution and accelerated progress on critical supply chain programs.
• Leader of Leaders & Talent Developer: You shaped and developed a high-performing IT Supply Chain team through vision, coaching, and empowerment. You elevated technical capabilities, strengthened vendor partnerships, and ensured technology investments delivered measurable business value. Through inclusive leadership and a focus on growth, you created a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence-one that amplified impact across the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (required)
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years guiding supply chain technologies in consumer goods
• Strategic, enterprise-minded leader with deep consumer goods supply chain expertise
• Proven ability to translate business needs into high-impact technology solutions
• Expertise with ERP, WMS/TMS, APS/IBP, MES, PLM, and retailer/customer connectivity
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-year transformation programs
• Certifications such as PMP, CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL are a plus
• Experience with cloud architectures, data platforms, and leading global or distributed teams (highly valued)
