Position Overview
The General Grounds Worker supports the upkeep, safety, and appearance of our campus. This role includes grounds maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and assisting with general facility tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, and seasonal duties (including snow removal)
• Complete work orders and special tasks in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with emergencies, including fire alarms and facility needs
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
• *Move furniture and assist with special events (including funerals)
• Support coworkers and communicate needs to supervisors
• Maintain required certifications and follow safety and compliance standards
• Perform other duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with backhoes, snow trucks, skidsters and zero turn mowers s is preferred
• One to Three years of experience in maintenance, landscaping, or construction preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness and physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts in the Winter months
