Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant New Haven CT
Urgently Hiring Up to $190k 4-day work week! We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our practice in New Haven, CT. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is experienced in orthopedics/musculoskeletal issues, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an NP/PA and be able to work independently in CT. Our primary office location is in New Haven, but the incoming NP/PA may be asked to provide coverage at our offices in Middletown or Waterbury.

Duties: - Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- trigger point and injections under US guidance (training available)
- Documentation and progress notes daily, timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the team and senior providers as needed for comprehensive patient care plans
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant program
- NP/PA license in CT
- Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Musculoskeletal management background is preferred
Schedule: - Full time (4 or 5-day work week)
Compensation: - $160k-$190k (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
