• Developing tax strategies, minimizing tax burdens, forecasting, and advising on business decisions.
• Overseeing accurate filing of federal, state, and local returns (income, payroll, sales).
• Managing and mentoring tax staff, overseeing department workflow, performance, and training.
• Serving as a key point of contact, managing client relationships, and representing the firm.
• Contributing to firm leadership, managing budgets, utilization, and technology adoption.

• CPA certified
• 8-10 years of tax experience at a CPA firm.
