Join Our Team as a Full-Time Locum to Permanent Otolaryngologist in Central, IA We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing team in Central Iowa. This Full time Locum to Permanent opportunity offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with hospital duties in Des Moines and clinic responsibilities in Clive. The ideal candidate will participate in the call schedule and be proficient in the full range of ENT services offered in our practice. Schedule Clinic Days: Monday Friday Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours per week Procedure/OR Days: Scheduled based on availability On Call: Participation required Weekends: As needed Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care Work collaboratively with ancillary staff and nursing support (1:1 ratio) Manage a robust clinic load of 30+ patients per day Utilize on-site imaging, lab, and pharmacy resources Provide care across the Central Iowa region, including Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill Requirements Board Certified in Otolaryngology Active Iowa license or IMLC eligibility Full-time availability Demonstrated experience in ENT practice Comfortable handling the full scope of services offered Additional Information EMR: EPIC Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 3 Appointment Length: 15 minutes This position offers a dynamic, supportive environment with the potential for long-term placement.
