• Job Setting: Hospital with Endo Unit
• Credentialing: Estimated 60 days.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS required
• Licensure: Michigan state license, 2 years post-fellowship
