Job Description: SAP FSM Consultant
  • Minimum 3 full SAP FSM implementation project life cycles with proven expertise in managing configurations, customizations, and deployment for SAP FSM solutions.
  • Strong experience supporting SAP FSM in production environments, handling incident resolution, change requests, and user enablement.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing FSM processes and complex customizations, including integration with third-party systems (eg, SAP ERP, Proaxia Vehicle Sales/Service, and other connected platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with FSM extensibility: custom fields, business rules, screen configurations, APIs, and POCs for tailored business requirements.
  • Solid background in FSM-related technical development (SAP BTP, REST APIs, and cloud solutions), preferably with SAP EAM or S/4HANA integration.
  • Experience preparing functional and technical specifications, conducting user training, and supporting cutover activities.
  • Familiarity with Proaxia solutions for FSM (integration scenarios, vehicle sales/service, and automotive business processes) is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, or mobile FSM apps would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Currently, working with our project team and our technology client providing Level 2 and 3 Application Support for SAP FSM modules.
  • Responsibilities will focus on fixing issues in system, understanding business requirements, explaining established processes to business users, and resolving day to day commonly occurring issues.
  • You will Coordinate with business users, understand their operational issues.
  • You will resolve issues and provide break-fixes (incident management), support business with ADHOC service requests, and identify and fix root causes (problem management).
  • You will coordinate issues with Third Party Vendors and work with Deloitte offshore teams.
  • In your role as the Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for participating regular monitoring of ticket queues in JIRA and Service Now
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of SAP FSM
  • 5+ years of S4 HANA experience
  • Minimum 3 full SAP FSM implementation project life cycles with proven expertise in managing configurations, customizations, and deployment for SAP FSM solutions.
  • Strong experience supporting SAP FSM in production environments, handling incident resolution, change requests, and user enablement.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing FSM processes and complex customizations, including integration with third-party systems (eg, SAP ERP, Proaxia Vehicle Sales/Service, and other connected platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with FSM extensibility: custom fields, business rules, screen configurations, APIs, and POCs for tailored business requirements.

  • Must be able to work client hours (California - PST)
  • Familiarity with Proaxia solutions for FSM (integration scenarios, vehicle sales/service, and automotive business processes) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, or mobile FSM apps would be an added advantage.
  • Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
