What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a line cook who brings passion and a solid skill culinary set to the table (pun intended). All our menu options are made from scratch in-house utilizing a variety of local suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing dishes efficiently and consistently, meeting our highest flavor and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean, orderly Workstation that follows all health and safety guidelines
• Ensuring supplies remain stocked and available
• Lending a hand wherever it's needed

What Qualifications You Need

• 1-3+ years of cooking experience, ideally in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, and competent knife handling skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to memorize a diverse menu
• Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Passion for your craft and a desire to continuously improve
