OPEN DATES:

• March Start 7 am 3/13/2026 and sign out at 7 am 3/23/2026
• April Start 7 am 4/3/2026 and sign out at 7 am 4/13/2026
• April Start 7 am 4/27/2026 and sign out at 7 am 5/4/2026
• May Start 7 am 5/15/2026 and sign out at 7 am 5/25/2026

Additional Details:

• Full service acute care hospital
• Practice Caseload: Adult 100%; Hospital 100%
• Physicians in practice: 1; Mid-levels: 2
• Onsite lab and x-ray
• Documentation System: EPIC
• Total number of beds: 250; ICU beds: 60

Required procedures:

• General CV/Thoracic/Vascular Surgeries
• Coronary artery bypass surgery
• Congential defects
• Valvular repair/replacements
• Aneurysm repair
• Lung resection (including VATs)
• Chest wall/pleural procedures
• Esophagus/diaphragm surgeries
• Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal)
• Ventilation management
• Bronchoscopy
• Evaluation & management of acute vol/BP issues

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
• OH state license - REQUIRED
• MUST HAVE CLEAN RECORD - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED - Noted at time of name clear
• MUST BE ABLE TO COVER LISTED DATES - REQUIRED
• Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
