• Lead and develop a team of sales managers to drive sales success and achieve organizational goals

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver\'s license required for regular travel by car and air
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in the payments industry
• Proven track record of recruiting and training sales professionals
• Strong emotional intelligence and performance leadership capabilities
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
