The Role
We are seeking a dynamic enablement leader to accelerate Rippling's New Logo sales teams into their next phases of growth. This individual will lead the enablement teams supporting Rippling's 300+ AE org and 400+ SDR org as we accelerate our positions in the North American markets. This Director will partner directly with the SVP of NLS to inform strategic decision making, ensure smooth execution of change initiatives, and drive at-scale sales execution as we evolve these markets into $500M+ revenue drivers. This entails driving us from zero to one and then scaling from 1 to many in these areas. You will be responsible for identifying and codifying ideal sales processes, rolling out robust enablement programs that capture best practices and SOPs, refining onboarding programs, and enabling predictable ToF growth through AE/SDR partnerships. What You Will Do
- Deploy Scalable Enablement Programs
- Understand all components of successful enablement strategy from problem identification, program design, delivery, and long term reinforcement and measurement
- Design systems to ensure programs are successfully deployed and tailored to our various regions, sales teams, and segments
- Sales Strategy/Execution
- Act as a key voice in the development of the NLS and SDR sales strategy
- Set a bar for excellent execution for your team (every leader at Rippling gets their hands dirty and picks up IC work on our most strategic projects)
- Drive execution of scaled sales optimization programs through Enablement PMs, Sales leaders and cross functional partners
- Develop deep domain expertise on Rippling's GTM with a proven ability to drive sales productivity through scaled programs
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key strategic advisor to the SVP of NLS and the various Sales VPs that report into him
- Network into the cross functional teams that support sales (Product Marketing, RevOps, Demand Gen, etc) to ensure alignment and execution
- Build winning teams
- Manage a team of managers and Sr. program managers to execute on the needs of the NLS and SDR teams
- Be a talent magnet - attract, develop and retain high performing Enablement teams
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS Sales and/or Sales Enablement. Experience managing high growth teams a plus
- 4+ years proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales or sales enablement teams.
- Strong understanding of how to scale go to market processes from individuals to large teams across diverse markets.
- Excellent go-to-market instincts and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments. Strong familiarity with various sales methodologies a plus (eg MEDDICC, SPICED, Command of the Message, Sandler, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to organize, analyze and drive insights from sales and business data to inform strategy and decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through strategic enablement initiatives.
