Overview
Would you like to be part of a business helping hyper-growth ISVs innovate, and exceed revenue goals? AWS is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager for selling to Strategic ISVs and to expand the business with our hottest ISV customers. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for setting a long-term strategy and executing daily to grow customers. In the role, you will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources.
Responsibilities
- Account leadership across the customer's organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to earn customer acceptance and service implementation, selling at the strategic (C-level) level within the account.
- Collaborate with AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
- Engage in new service adoption, new line of business development, and partner/technical collaboration as part of dotted-line responsibilities.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems.
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
- 100-200 level understanding of Data, Analytics, and GenAI.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package includes sign-on payments, RSUs, and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, life and AD&D insurance with optional supplemental life), EAP, mental health support, FSA, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
