In this role, you will be enabling the team to develop new and novel technologies for Neuromorphic computing targeted towards AI applications.You will be part of a team working on emerging memory technologies and will have the opportunity to develop novel analog/mixed signal circuits to enable functionality. The ideal candidate will have desire to learn, rethink the current norms and a desire to push the technology envelope forward.
Key Qualifications
Must have prior experience in
  • Analog circuit design experience including: ADC, DAC, voltage regulators
  • Recent and current ADC, Charge pump and/or sense amp design strongly preferred
  • DC/DC converters and other various supporting circuity in advanced CMOS processes
  • MATLAB, Verilog modeling and SPICE
  • Hardware characterization and model to hardware correlation
  • Some knowledge of device physics as it applies to analog IC design
  • Designing circuits for operation across PVT
  • Solid knowledge in memory device fundamentals
Preferred Skills and Education
  • MSEE with 5+ years of experience in Mixed signal IC design
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and problem solver
  • Curiosity to learn and share the knowledge
