Prestigious commercial law firm with a strong banking and corporate litigation practice, seeks a Litigation Associate for its Stamford, Connecticut office. Admission in Connecticut required.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- At least 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney primarily in CT
- Admission in Connecticut
- Strong research and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare pleadings and motions
- Ensure discovery compliance
- Prepare for and attend depositions and court appearances and assist at trial
- Work 2 days a week in our Stamford office
