Overview

Description: The Role - Drive Line of Business (LoB) P&L in Argentina. Manage LoB pipeline and sales opportunities in collaboration with LoB heads, Lead Client Relationship Director, other geographic/regional heads, and industry leaders. Oversee geographic/regional marketing, drive geographic value proposition and product development, and develop the geographic LoB team.

Leverage client value propositions, deep industry/product specialization to win new business. Collaborate across group/geographies to offer the best client solution. Support sales and client KPIs including retention, cross-sell, win rate, pipeline coverage, and cost of sales reductions. Support the One WTW strategy (Grow, Transform & Simplify) and communicate plans to deliver CRB's Transformation activities and savings.

Contribute to delivery of Regional Marine budgeted growth in revenue and adjusted operating margin, with tracking to plan and progress toward targets. Improve technical expertise and best practices. Commit to innovation, leverage best practices, and scale ideas and solutions. Follow Enterprise Risk Management, ensure legal/regulatory adherence, and keep LOB RACAs up to date. Continue environmental, social and governance efforts internally and externally, considering client, colleague, and shareholder expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead LoB P&L management and drive revenue growth in Argentina.
  • Manage LoB pipeline and opportunities; collaborate with LoB heads, client directors, and regional leads.
  • Oversee geographic marketing efforts and develop the geographic value proposition and product development.
  • Develop and coach the geographic LoB team; ensure effective talent reporting and development.
  • Leverage client value propositions and industry/product specialization to win new business.
  • Collaborate with other geographies to provide optimal client offerings.
  • Support sales/KPI activities: retention, cross-sell, win rate, pipeline coverage, and cost of sales reductions.
  • Contribute to One WTW objectives and CRB transformation plans with measurable progress toward targets.
  • Contribute to the delivery of regional budgeted growth in revenue and adjusted operating margin.
  • Improve technical expertise, share best practices, and pursue innovation at scale.
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management and applicable legal/regulatory requirements; maintain RACAs.
  • Advance environmental, social and governance initiatives when engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Preferably degree or MBA level (or country equivalent); Spanish/English required.
  • Minimum 10 years in marine insurance/reinsurance and Argentinian market experience.
  • Management experience; strong leadership with proven ability to develop people.
  • Skills: problem solving, planning, budgeting, business/financial acumen, and change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; ability to influence in a Matrix environment.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
