• Hospital-employed role with a competitive base salary, RVU bonus, and very solid night call compensation.

• 4 ½ workdays per week, with 4 procedural days.

• Flexible hospital call (10 days per month), shared among six GI providers.

• Epic EMR system.

• 4 ORs, 4 PACU beds, 2 GI suites, 20 pre-op beds, and 5-bed infusion center.

• Dedicated APRN support for history/physical and post-op consults.

• Busy practice with a full primary care referral base (average 6-month wait for new patients).

• Patient volume: 18-22 per day with procedural focus.

• Employed by the largest hospital-based GI group in Northeast Texas.

• Competitive first-year base salary, transitioning to an RVU-based model in year 2.
