Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Clinic and hospital (call)
Responsibilities: General urology care including clinic, rounding, and OR; may take hospital call during clinic hours
Required Procedures: Bread and butter urology; robotic assistance available
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Collegial team environment
Days Per Month: Clinic: as many as possible; Call: 5-6 days/month
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 5-6 days/month, 1 in 6 call rotation

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Required

• Active WA license or IMLC (must be in hand and uploaded) Required

• BLS Required

• Availability at time of name clear Required (must list open weeks provider can cover)

• CV with work history in MM/YY format Required

• Specific available dates and blackout dates Required

• Number of shifts available per month & note if shared availability Required
