Location: Southern West Virginia, Greenbrier County Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient Reason: Vacationing Physician Start Date: May 16, 2022 End Date: May 21, 2022 Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7am - 5pm No Call; No Rounding Credentialing Timeframe: 2 days Emergency privileges are available Supervise 25 procedures per day Requirements: Board Eligible, Active WV license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS; Fellowship Preferred Skills: General Anesthesia for Adults & Peds, and OB Support Staff: CRNA; Provider will supervise the CRNA EMR: HMS Travel & lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
