Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory covering broader Western Connecticut markets and Westchester County, NY.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week to drive engagement, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within the core commercial market segment using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach, supported by CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs, industry trends, and the Securitas Technology portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, service teams, and internal specialists to build comprehensive and customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline forecasting, territory plans, and weekly activity reporting.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and expand prospecting channels.
- Support revenue growth through both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
- Minimum 2 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets.
- Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance client interactions.
- Travel is required across assigned geographic areas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
- Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
